From 13 June 2014 the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which implement the Consumer Rights Directive in UK law, come into effect. Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

If the item in question is not a stock item or has to be made then the Consumer Rights Directive will not apply. Please note, the majority of products available to purchase on www.courtyardah.co.uk and through our showroom, are non stock or made to order and are therefore none refundable and non returnable. If you wish to discuss returning any items then you may do this by contacting us by email, prior to ordering or by quoting the order number supplied to you. We will issue you a returns number and your refund will be paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back to us. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed providing we are notified of such shortages / faults within 3 days of receipt of goods.

If unsure we always advise to purchase a sample to avoid any diisapointment

Any goods returned should be in their original unopened packaging and in saleable condition.

Any goods returned must have a returns number which can be obtained by filling in the returns form by clicking returns or this link  www.courtyardah.co.uk/index.php?route=account/return/add

Any shortages on deliveries or faulty items must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of goods. In certain instances we may ask for photographic evidence in order to ascertain certain faults to help speed up the process.

We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
