Atlantic UK AGB Single Jig for Eclipse 3.2 Concealed Hinges - 3D Printed Item

This jig is suitable for the AGB Eclipse 3.2 range, including the 3.2 HD Concealed Hinge and 3.2 HD SELF Concealed Hinge, providing that the correct depth is drilled/routed out for.

We recommend use of a top bearing guided router bit, E.g. Trend C121BX1/4TC, and drill out to full depth with a 22mm Forstner/ None self-feeding spade pit, and then cleanup with a chisel as needed.

Manufactured using additive manufacturing with nylon PA12. If damaged by the router bit, it can be repaired using a two-part wood filler, while also ensuring no damage occurs to the router bit itself.
