3 Lever Mortice Sashlock Mortice Sashlock - G72-3000

DDA compliant 3 Lever mortice sashlock for use on internal wooden hinged doors providing a standard level of security. CE Marked door lock Fire rated to BS EN 1634-1:2000 & Performance rated to BS EN 12209.

Latchbolt operated by lever handle from either side. Deadbolt operated by key from either side. Supplied with 2 keys, striker plate and fixing screws. 

Made in the UK by Guardian Locks, this lock is available in various sizes and in many finishes.

Can be used for both internal and external doors. 

SIZES AS FOLLOWS:

The backset is the distance from the edge of the door to the centre of the handle (spindle hole).

This product can also come with a 85mm, 92mm or 101mm centre to centre on request. Please call us on 01386 48993 to discuss prices and quantities.

These locks have an 8mm brass follower for the spindle and come double sprung as standard. Heavy springing is available upon request for unsprung heavy handles so please advise if required. Locks are supplied all fixing screws.

These locks come with a 10 year mechanical warranty and are CE approved products.
