2mm Intumescent Pack for 3" Heavy Duty Latches (FD 60)

Our range of intumescent products are made from a graphite-based material which offers high levels of expansion and insulation, preventing heat transfer on rebated hardware. As the material reaches activation temperature of 180 degrees, it expands to many times its original volume. To be used with corresponding locks, latches and hinges for fire door compliance.

• Available as intumescent hinge pads, lock sleeves and lock protection kits.
• 2mm thickness can be used for both FD30 and FD60.
• Multi directional expansion and pressure provides structure and integrity when filling rebates and voids.
• 3rd party accredited for hardware protection.
